Cooking method:
1. Put three quenelles of hummus on a plate; 2. Warm up the eggplants 5-7 min., 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and add to the hummus; 3. Dress the quinoa with ponzu sauce and lay on the top of eggplants; 4. Decorate the salad with avocado, sun-dried tomatoes and herbs. Bon appetit!
