Ingredients:
Mixed salad leaves, avocado, crab, daikon, edamame beans, green peas, shallot
Served with:
ginger sauce, orange ponzu sauce, garlic oil
Cooking method:
1. Mix the salad leaves with the edamame beans and place on a plate; 2. Randomly put the crab, avocado and daikon on the mixed salad; 3. Pour the garlic oil, orange ponzu and ginger sauce over the salad; 4. Sprinkle with green peas. Bon appetit!
