Mixed salad leaves, orange, grapefruit, sesame seeds, nori, salmon, Kenyan beans, carrots, onion, asparagus, mango
Served with:
orange sauce and honey sauce
Cooking method:
1. Dress the mixed salad with orange sauce and put on the plate; 2. Warm up the salmon 3-5 min., 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 0,5-1 min., 600 W (for microwave) and put on a plate; 3. Pour the honey sauce on the salmon; 4. Decorate with orange and grapefruit segments. Bon appetit!
