Cooking method:
1. Warm up the eggplants with quinoa 5-7 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min, 600 W (for microwave); 2. Add to tomatoes with greens to the eggplants; 3. Dress the salad with oyster sauce and lay on the plate. Bon appetit!
