Ingredients:
Arugula, mixed greens, shallot, shrimps, parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, avocado, sesame seeds
Served with:
Bisque sauce and shrimp sauce
Cooking method:
1. Warm up the shrimps 6-8 min., 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 0,5-1 min., 600 W (for microwave); 2. Dress the arugula with prawn sauce and lay on the plate together with cherry tomatoes and avocado; 3. Warm up the Bisque sauce in a hot water, pour it on the prawns and lay them around the arugula salad; 4. Decorate the salad with parmesan slices. Bon appetit!
