Wide pasta with morels
Ingredients:
Italian pasta, morels, onion, garlic oil, thyme, wine, Beurre monté sauce (butter, chicken broth), herbs, quail eggs, pecorino cheese with truffle
Cooking method:
1. Add sauce to the pasta and warm up 8-12 min., 250 ° F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min, 600 W (for microwave) and put it on a plate;! Please do not forget to stir the dish during heating; 2. Put 2 raw quail eggs on the pasta; 3. Sprinkle with pecorino cheese. Bon appetit!
