Ingredients:
mixed salad leaves, quinoa, pickled cucumber, green peas, broccoli, apples, zucchini, white cabbage, fresh cucumber, mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flaxseed), olive citronette, lean cashew dressing
Served with:
olive citronette and cashew dressing
Cooking method:
1. Put the salad on a plate; 2. Sprinkle with a mix of seeds; 3. Drizzle with olive citronette and cashew dressing. Bon appetit!
