Ingredients:
Mixed salad, veal, young potatoes, sun-dried cherry tomatoes, salted cucumbers, fresh cucumbers, onion fries, porcini mushroom powder
Served with:
with truffle mayonnaise and 'sweet chili' sauce
Cooking method:
1. Warm up the potatoes and veal - 8-10 min, 250°F (for the top heating element of the oven ); 1-1,5 min, 600 W (for microwave); 2. Dress the mixed salad with truffle mayonnaise and place it on a plate; 3. Potatoes and veal place around the salad base and pour with 'sweet chili' sauce; 4. Decorate with onion fries and porcini mushroom powder. Bon appetit!
