Mixed salad leaves, crispy duck, snap peas, plums, cashews, sesame seeds
Served with:
citrus and sweet-sour sauce
Cooking method:
1. Warm up the duck 4-6 min., 250°F (for oven); 0,5 min., 600 W (for microwave); 2. Dress the plums and salad leaves with sauce and place on a plate; 3. Put the duck on top, followed by snap peas; 4. Sprinkle the salad with cashews and sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
