Salad with lentils, feta cheese and poached egg
Ingredients:
ramiro peppers, cucumber, celery, beets, chili peppers, lentils, feta cheese, poached egg, parsley, dill, micro greens, olive crumble, worcester sauce
Served with:
olive oil and lime juice
Cooking method:
1. Put the salad base on a plate; 2. Add feta cheese and mix it; 3. Put a poached egg on top of the salad, sprinkle with olive ground and decorate with micro greens; 4. Pour olive oil and lime juice over the salad. Bon appetit!
