Cooking method:
1. Preheat the Turkey - 8-10 min., 250°F (for the upper heating element of the oven); 1-1.5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and put on a plate, leaving one edge of the plate empty; 2. Fill the lettuce leaves with the sauce and put it on a blank part of the plate; 3. Top randomly put the chickpeas and the Parmesan cheese. Bon appetit!
