Ingredients:

Turkey thigh, green buckwheat, dried tomatoes, parmesan, goat cheese, sibulet, rhubarb chutney, kale pesto

Cooking method:

1. Preheat the turkey - 7-9 min., 250° F (for the oven); 0.5-1 min., 600 W (for microwave) and put on a plate; 2. Preheat the buckwheat - 7-10 min., 250° F (for the upper heating element of the oven), 1-1.5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and put it side by side, add goat cheese with rhubarb on top; Please do not forget to stir the dish while warming up; 3. Pour the pesto from the kale onto a plate next to the turkey and buckwheat; 4. Decorate the dish with micro greenery and green oil. Bon appetit!
