Beef broth, sorrel, cabbage, potatoes, carrots, veal tongue, poached egg, chives

Served with:

sour cream

Cooking method:

1. Warm up the soup - 12 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 3-5 min, 600 W (for microwave) and pour into the plate!Please do not forget to stir the dish during heating; 2. Add the veal tongue to the soup; 3. Sprinkle with fresh sorrel and chives; 4. Sour cream is served separately. Bon appetit!
