Served with:
sauce based on lenten mayonnaise
Cooking method:
1. Warm up the cheese 3-5 min., 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 0,5-1 min., 600 W (for microwave); 2. Dress the salad leaves, cucumbers, tomatoes and artichokes with sauce and lay on the plate; 3. Place the cheese on top of the salad; 4. Decorate the dish with sliced radish and crispy chickpeas.
