Ingredients:
cauliflower marinated in ponzu sauce, tofu cream (tofu cheese, lean mayonnaise, coconut milk, truffle paste), chimichurri sauce, almond slices
Cooking method:
1. Warm up the cauliflower steak 6-9 min., 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and put it on the plate; 2. Put the tofu cream next to the dumplings; 3. Drizzle with chimichurri sauce and green oil; 4. Decorate with slices of almonds. Bon appetit!
