Baked ramiro peppers with babaganoush
Ingredients:
ramiro peppers, eggplant, sesame paste, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice
Served with:
chimichurri sauce
Cooking method:
1. Put the eggplant babaganush on a plate; 2. Put the ramiro pepper on top; 3. Decorate with capers; 4. Pour over the chimichurri sauce. Bon appetit!
