Root vegetables salad with truffle sauce
Ingredients:
beets, radish, broccoli, savoy cabbage, white cabbage, mini carrots, celery root, cauliflower, herbs
Served with:
truffle sauce and green chive oil
Cooking method:
1. Dress the salad with truffle sauce and lay on the plate; 2. Pour the chive oil; 3. Decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
