Ingredients:
Stewed veal cheeks (in broth with wine and vegetables), ptitim in creamy sauce, roasted pepper salsa (bell pepper, cilantro, parsley, chives, garlic oil), chicken sauce
Cooking method:
1. Warm up the veal cheeks with ptitim - 8-12 min, 250°F (for the upper heating element of the oven), 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and put them alternately on a plate; 2. Heat the sauce in warm water and pour the cheeks; 3. Pepper salsa is served cold separately. Bon Appetit!
