Stewed veal cheeks (in broth with wine and vegetables), ptitim in creamy sauce
Served with:
roasted pepper salsa and chicken sauce
Cooking method:
1. Preheat the veal cheeks with ptitim 8-12 min, 250°F (for the upper heating element of the oven), 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and put them alternately on a plate; 2. Heat the chicken sauce in warm water and pour the cheeks; 3. Pepper salsa is served cold separately. Bon Appetit!
