Roasted pepper salad with artichokes, Chanakh cheese, vegetables and balsamic sauce
Ingredients:
Cucumber, tomato, roasted sweet pepper, canned artichokes, olives, pickled yalta onions, Chanakh cheese, parsley, cilantro, pomegranate seeds
Served with:
balsamic sauce
Cooking method:
1. Place the salad base on a plate; 2. Garnish with cheese and pomegranate grains; 3. Pour balsamic sauce over the salad. Bon appetit!
