Ingredients:
Beef fillet, oyster mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, onion, cream, sour cream, pickled cucumbers, chicken broth, mustard, Demi-glass sauce, chive, champignons
Cooking method:
Warm up the meet and the sauce, put the meet on a plate, pour the meat with the sauce. Decorate with chive and champignons slices. Bon appetit!
