Green zucchini and spinach pancakes with avocado and homemade sour cream
Ingredients:
Zucchini and spinach pancakes, sour cream, guacamole, pumpkin seeds, fried bacon, tarragon, herbs
Cooking method:
1. Warm up pancakes - 5-7 min., 250 ° F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for a microwave) and put on plate; 2. On pancakes place quenelle of guacamole and homemade sour cream; 3. Sprinkle guakamole with pumpkin seeds; 4. Sprinkle sour cream with fried bacon, tarragon and herbs. Bon appetit!
