Pumpkin cream soup with almond milk and guacamole
Ingredients:
pumpkin, vegetable broth, coconut milk, almond milk
Served with:
guacamole, pumpkin seeds, herbs and potato crumble
Cooking method:
1. Warm up the soup 12 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1,5-2 min, 600 W (for microwave) and put on the plate!Please do not forget to stir the dish during heating; 2. Add the quenelle of guacamole; 3. Decorate with pumpkin seeds, greens and potato crumble. Bon appetit!
