Ingredients:
scallop, pumpkin, green peas, honey glaze, chili pepper, sea buckthorn ponzu, arugula, sage
Cooking method:
1. Pour the ponzu sauce on the bottom of the plate; 2. Heat all other ingredients 5-7 min., 250 °F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and evenly put on the sauce; 3. Decorate with fresh arugula and sea buckthorn. Bon appetit!
