Cooking method:
1. Put the green spinach sauce on a plate; 2. Warm up the zucchini 5-7 min., 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for microwave); 3. Next to the zucchini lay out the quenelle of guacamole and tomato salsa; 4. Decorate the dish with potato crumble; Bon appetit!
