Yacht Sharing Skills

On July 27, 2021, Gallery To Fly and Jet Service met for another Skills Sharing business aviation flight attendant event, swapping from an airplane to a yacht. The location for our event was chosen for a reason. Everyone who is connected with the profession of a flight attendant knows that this sphere opens an incredible number of prospects for career and personal growth. Today it is not limited to the airplane cabin: working on board has already become a new fast-growing field for stewardesses and stewards.

Together with Jet Service School we showed stewardesses how work on a yacht is organized, told them about the main nuances and shared professional experience. Thus, the teacher of Jet Service school Anna Martini conducted a training on the peculiarities of service on the ship, and with the founder of 128bpm dance studio Maria Kovalenko we learned a dance sequence.

Gallery To Fly's team of chefs prepared exquisite cold and hot appetizers in their best traditions:

• seaweed tartlet with vegetables;
• mini profiterole with cheese sauce and truffle;
• Murmansk scallop with cauliflower, white chocolate, shrimp sauce;
• tenderloin with morels and topinambour cream.
