Ingredients:
Smoked duck breast, rice, cucumbers, leeks, pickled red onions, sesame seeds, Chuhoi sauce (chicken broth, orange juice, Chu Hou paste, oyster sauce, sugar, ginger, soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce)
Cooking method:
1. Pour sauce over duck and reheat 10-12 minutes, 250° F (for lower oven); 3-5 minutes, 600 W (for microwave), place on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds; 2. Reheat rice 5-7 minutes, 250° F (for lower oven); 1-1.5 minutes, 600 W (for microwave) and serve separately; 3. Place cucumbers, leeks and pickled onions next to duck (serve cold). Bon appetit!
