Ingredients:
Pike perch, green pea, baby spinach, cream, creamy sauce with leek, broccoli, green oil
Cooking method:
1. Heat the pike perch - 8-12 minutes, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1.5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and place from the edge of the plate. 2. Heat the green pea puree - 5-7 minutes, 250° F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1.5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and place next to it on a plate. 3. Heat the sauce in warm water. 4. Place pike perch with puree pour over cream sauce, garnish with broccoli florets and green oil. Bon appetit!
