Cooking method:
1. Warm up the trout 8-12 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven) and put it on a plate; 2. Warm up the spelt 8-12 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min, 600 W (for microwave) and place near the fish.!Please do not forget to stir the dish during heating; 3. Heat the sauce in hot water and place on the other side of fish; 4. Decorate the dish with corn-salad. Bon appetit!
