Ingredients:
Onion pancakes (onion puree, wheat and rye flour, sugar, milk, eggs) chicken liver pate, fried oyster mushrooms, onion fries, demi-glace sauce, spinach
Cooking method:
1. Warm up the pancakes - 5-7 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for microwave), fold in half and put on the plate; 2. Place the chicken pate on each half, then fried oyster mushrooms and onion fies; 3. Pour with sauce and decorate with spinach leaves. Bon appetit!
