Ingredients:
Unleavened multigrain bread, butter, beef pastrami, Gruyere cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mixed salad leaves, radishes, olive oil, Béchamel sauce (flour, butter, milk, Gruyere cheese, Dijon mustard, egg yolk, nutmeg)
Cooking method:
1. Heat the croque monsieur for 8-12 minutes at 250°F (lower heating element); 1-1.5 minutes at 600 W (microwave) and place on a plate. 2. Serve with mixed salad leaves and garnish with radish slices. Enjoy your meal!
