Cooking method:
1. Warm up the cutlets 8-12 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min, 600 W (for microwave) and put them on a plate; 2. Decorate the cutlets with pike caviar and cilantro; 3. Warm up miso sauce in hot water and serve it separately. Bon appetit!
