Ingredients:
Potato gnocchi, thyme, garlic, truffle paste, oyster mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, cream sauce, parmesan, stracciatella cheese, truffle oil, black truffle
Cooking method:
1. Add sauce to gnocchi and warm up - 7-10 min., 250°F (for oven), 1-1,5 min., 600W (for microwave) and lay out on a plate; Please do not forget to stir the dish during heating; 2. Sprinkle with parmesan; 3. Put the stracciatella on top; 4. Pour the dish with truffle oil; 5. Sprinkle with black truffle. Bon appetit!
