Cooking method:
1. Warm up the mashed cauliflower - 6-8 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1,5 min, 600 W (for microwave) and put on a plate; 2. Warm up the rib - 12-17 min, 250°F (for the upper heating element of the oven) and put it on the cauliflower; 3. Heat the sauce in hot water and pour over the rib; 4. Decorate the dish with kohlrabi, cauliflower and Edamame beans. Bon Appetit!
