Ingredients:
Dorado, sauteed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, corn, onion), coconut sauce, orange, grapefruit, spinach, fresh lime, cilantro, sesame, green oil.
Cooking method:
1. Warm up sauteed vegetables - 8-10 min., 250°F (for the upper heating element of the oven); 1 min, 600 W (for microwave) and put it on a plate; 2. Warm up the dorado - 8-12 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min, 600 W (for microwave) and put it on the sauteed vegetables; 3. Decorate the dish with spinach and citrus segments; 4. Sprinkle with green oil. Bon Appetit!
