Ingredients:
Black cod, miso glaze, ptitim with spinach puree and parmesan, spinach, broccoli, zucchini, edamame beans, pea microgreens, olive citronette
Cooking method:
1. Warm up the cod 6-9 min., 250°F (for the oven); 0,5-1 min., 600 W (for microwave) and put it on the plate; 2. Warm up the ptitim 7-10 min., 250°F (for the oven), 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and put next to fish; !Please do not forget to stir the dish during heating; 3. Drizzle the vegetables with olive citronette and place next to the ptitim; 4. Decorate the dish with pea microgreens. Bon appetit!
