Sweet potato fries with cheese sauce
Ingredients:
Sweet potato, cheese sauce (Brie cheese, Parmesan cheese, Pecorino cheese with truffle, cream, garlic, shallots, butter, thyme)
Cooking method:
1. Preheat the sweet potato for 8-12 minutes, 250°F (for the upper heating element of the oven), 1-1.5 minutes, 600 watts (for microwave) and put on a plate; 2. Cheese sauce is served separately. Enjoy your meal!
