Cooking method:
1. Preheat the duck for 10-12 minutes, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 3-5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and place on a plate; 2. Warm up the celery cream, romano leaves and spinach 5-7 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min, 600 W (for microwave) and place next to it; 3. Place romaine and spinach next to it; 4. Heat the lychee sauce in warm water and pour over the dish; 5. Sprinkle the dish with parmesan. Bon appetit!
