Autumn menu is now available in Gallery Cafe: chef offers dishes with seasonal vegetables (aubergines, green corn, pumpkin) and fruits (plum, figs, feijoa). Unusual tastes combinations are the core of the menu.
There are three new salads – with mutton tongue, served on hummus with pickled plum and plum sauce; with baked vegetables such as aubergine, pepper and pumpkin with fresh herbs; with pickled black milk mushroom and dry-cured beef in soaked apples sauce – a dish that our chef is especially proud of and strongly recommends to try. There are also two new soups on the menu: with mutton meat balls, new potatoes, herbs and freshly squeezed carrot juice; green corn cream-soup served with avocado and tomatoes. New main courses are smelt fish, baked with cheese and aubergine; turbot fish with mashed yams and green sauce; stuffed cabbage rolls with veal cheeks and couscous; mutton ribs with green corncob. For dessert there are curd pie with figs; plum phyllo pouches with yogurt and goat cheese sauce; feijoa jelly and mousse in a glass.
