Pozharskaya cutlet
Ingredients:
Chicken and beef meat, bread crumbs, butter, baked potatoes, mushroom julienne, green onion
Served with:

Cooking method:
1. Preheat the cutlet for 8-12 minutes, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and place on a plate; 2. Preheat potatoes and julienne for 5-7 minutes, 250° F (for the lower heater of the oven); 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and place next to it; 3. Garnish with green onions. Bon appetit!
