Cooking method:
1. Warm up the salmon 8-12 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven), 1-1,5 min, 600 W (for microwave) and lay on the plate; 2. Warm up the cauliflower cream 5-8 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 1-1,5 min, 600 W (for microwave) and put next to the fish.!Please do not forget to stir the dish during heating; 3. Pour green pea sauce over dish; 4. Decorate the dish with cauliflower slices, ruccola and hazelnuts. Bon appetit!
