Vegetable curry with rice
Ingredients:
Basmati rice, carrot, chinese cabbage, zucchini, onion, bell pepper, spinach, shiitake mushrooms, curry paste, coconut milk, cilantro
Cooking method:
1. Warm up rice and vegetables 8-10 min, 250°F (for the upper heating element of the oven), 1-1,5 min., 600 W (for microwave) and place it on a plate; 2. Decorate with cilantro. Bon appetit!
