Ingredients:
Eggs, truffle oil, green asparagus, salad (shrimps, cherry tomatoes, ricotta cheese, chili pepper, cilantro, parsley,olive oil based sauce), parmesan cheese, pine nuts
Cooking method:
1. Warm up the omelette - 4-6 min, 250°F (for the upper heating element of the oven) and put on a plate; 2. Warm up the shrimps - 4-6 min, 250°F (for the lower heating element of the oven); 0,5-1 min, 600 W (for microwave); 3. Mix tomatoes, cheese, prawns and greens with sauce and put on the plate near the omelette; 4. Spinkle with parmesan cheese and pine nuts. Bon Appetit!
